Patrick Smith was working as part of a large real estate appraisal company when, as a licensed appraiser, he decided to form his own company with a focus on fast, accurate appraisals. As a Master Appraiser, Patrick ensures NoVaStar is large enough to handle complex assignments, while keeping it small enough to care about clients' individual needs.
